A critical part of the vision of the Chairman of the RIRS is to build a more efficient Service than the one she met. To this end, a request for a cost-effective and user-friendly system to manage its Accounting, Procurement & HR was communicated.

SAA (with Bamtech as implementation partners) was engaged to study the business processes of the Service with the aim of delivering a system that would improve day-to-day operations of the Service, streamline processes, reduce human error and eliminate loss of critical information.

At the end of a 3-month period, the system was deployed successfully and required personnel were trained in the different aspects of the system they would be interfacing with.
