NEPZA required an upgrade to their existing Accounting and HR systems that had little or no post-implementation support. Certain requirements that emerged with time were not being implemented and as a result, the Agency was not getting the expected ROI on the system.

Bamtech in partnership with Prime Initiatives were engaged to implement a new system that would ensure that all the new requirements were implemented with a guarantee of post-launch support.

This was done successfully over a period of 6 months with a further 2 years of support and change management provided. The system is currently still in use at the NEPZA head office in Abuja.
